Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by providing a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to cancel this contract.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Goods must be returned or handed over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to:

• Custom-made Goods: Products that are not prefabricated and whose production is significantly influenced by the customer’s individual choices or specifications. These goods are tailored specifically to the personal needs of the customer.
• Digital Products (Downloads/NFTs): Digital works, including downloads and NFTs, for which the right of withdrawal expires at the start of the contract performance, for example, when the download begins or access to a digital content is granted.
• Photography Prints: Pure photography prints that are made to order according to customer specifications, as they are treated as custom-made works.

For these goods, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of contract performance.
